DRiOS, frontman for SINKADENAS, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Growing up as the middle child, naturally he took on the role of the "rebel". As his brother and sister were studying he was sketching and daydreaming of music. His passion for music began at an early age, yet he didn’t have the means to pursue his dream until now. As time went on he became an accomplished Illustrator, a career which lead him to California. Artist by day and musician by night, he turned his bedroom into a studio, and never looked back. Self taught and self motivated, Drios has put his heart into the words and sounds of his music. From singing in his bedroom to recording at Phantom Vox Studio, he has never taken one day of this journey for granted. He has spent many of sleepless nights to get to this point and now it is here, the premier of his debut album "Bajo El Sol". This albums’ diversity will take you from an upbeat song that will make you want to dance to a sultry love song that will make you ache for that missing love.

The name SINKADENAS came about one day while at work. He was sitting at his desk, feeling chained to his chair, thinking how he’d rather be in his studio creating and recording music. He wanted to be free, "SINKADENAS"—unchained. A freedom he wishes to accomplish by creating music that will appeal and be enjoyed by the masses.

It has been quite an experience....from PR to California, from artist to musician....every step was a step closer to his dream.
